It does, it’s true. We’ve reimagined a childhood favorite, the creamsicle, by transforming it into a protein-packed smoothie with the uplifting benefits of iced kratom tea.
Tea for dessert has never sounded (or tasted) so good.

KREAMSICLE KRATOM SMOOTHIE
Prep time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 2 Peach Balance green vein tea bags
- 2 ½ cups (20 oz) filtered water
- Optional: 2 tsp lemon or lime juice
- Optional: 2-4 tsp sweetener, more or less to taste
- 2 cups ice
Directions
- Bring water to a boil in an electric kettle (or on the stove).
- Add the tea bag and the lemon or lime juice to a thermos or insulated mug.
- Pour in boiling water, then allow to steep for 15-25 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag and add sweetener to taste.
- Transfer tea to a jar and place it in the fridge to chill for 30-60 minutes,
- Add ice and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
- Kratom Tea Variety: For your Kreamsicle Smoothie tea base, you can use any plain kratom tea bags or loose leaf kratom, or try Peach Balance tea bags, which is what we typically use. In addition to crushed-leaf kratom, the Peach Balance blend also has holy basil and rooibos (flavorful adaptogens!) plus all-natural peach and mango flavor, which goes really well with vanilla and orange.
